Objectives of activities carried out:
The project management is carried out throughout the project period and ensures the correct development of the project activities and the achievements of the expected results.
It is divided into 4 main activities:
- Coordination of the activities
- Dissemination
- Exploitation
- Evaluation

In order to fulfill the project management goals a series of activities have been scheduled:

1. Setting IHR work plan and timetable
2. Setting Aristotle University project group work plan and timetable
3. Exhaustive knowledge and comprehension of the main project management aspects and requirements
4. Production of IHR Greek brochure
5. Application to the Ministry of Education and to the Pedagogical Institute to acquire license to conduct research in public schools
6. Internal dissemination events (i.e. announcement of project on the webpage of the Faculty of Philosophy and Pedagogy)
7. External dissemination events (i.e. post on facebook pages, on webpage, on a national newspaper) of IHR context, target groups and general aims
8. Preparation for future external dissemination events (TV, national meeting, University meeting)
9. Involvement of 6 Greek schools
10. Involvement of 6 Associate partners
11. Sharing the IHR experience with the partners
12. Participation in the planned Training Activity
13. Participation in all Partners Meetings.
14. Periodic reports on the activitities carried out and financial report
15. Collection of evaluation questionnaires and production of the evaluation report.
Description of activities carried out:
1. Partners' agreement on IHR work plan and timetable setting.
2. Aristotle University project group agreement on IHR work plan and timetable setting.
3. In depth analysis of the material from the kick off meeting
4. Translation from English into Greek the IHR description and printing of IHR Greek brochure.
5. Translating from English into Greek the IHR Presentation to facilitate their understanding in.
6. Communication with schools and teachers to inform them about IHR context, target groups, main aims and activities
7. Participation at the 2nd Partners Meeting in Coimbra, March 30-31, 2017
8. Organisation of a meeting with the researchers involved in the University following the meeting in Coimbra.
9. Uploading material in the IHR portal.
10. Posts on the IHR Facebook page
11. Communication with teachers who can support our work at schools while waiting for the ministerial license to be issued.
12. Disseminating questionnaires in 6 schools.
13. Contacting independent teachers in order to collect their case studies and best practices.
14. Collection of Schools Presentation Forms and Participation Forms
15. Uploading of Schools Presentation Forms and Participation Forms into IHR Portal
16. Participation at the Training Activity in Siena, September 25-29, 2017.
17. Provide the Host Organization of the Training Activity with the Memorandum of Understanding and the Learning Agreements of the participants.
18. Communication with the Greek National Authority in charge of the Europass certificates issuing.
19. Participation at the 3rd Partners Meeting in Liege, October 19-20, 2017.
20. Several mail exchanges with the partners to keep them updated on the work in progress and receive their feedback and guidance in any arising issue.
21. Drafting the Greek contributions to the publication.
22. Preparations and organisation of the national multiplier event (May 25-26, 2018).

Results Achieved:
1. Partners' agreement on IHR work plan and timetable setting.
2. Aristotle University project group agreement on IHR work plan and timetable setting.
3. Production of the first Activities Report according to the Contract regulations and templates provided by Pixel.
4. Greek IHR brochure.
5. Partners Meeting in Coimbra, March 30-31, 2017.
6. Evaluation of the partners' project meeting.
7. Agreement on the future steps of the project.
8. Collection of questionnaires and teachers’ interviews
9. Dissemination events to various audiences and facebook posts.
10. Agreements with 4 Associated partners and 4 exploitation links have been uploaded.
11. Participation of 5 members delegation at the Training Activity in Siena, September 25-29, 2017.
12. Provide the Host organization of the Training Activity with the Memorandum of Understanding and the Learning Agreements of the 5 Greek participants.
13. Partners Meeting in Liege, October 19-20, 2017.
14. Evaluation of the partners' project meeting.
15. Fill in and update the Activities Report.
16. Agreement on the future steps of the project (November 2017-August 2018).
17. Meeting the deadlines for Activities & Financial Reports and uploading material in the IHR portal.
18. Greek translation of the IO.2 documents.
19. Submit the final versions of the Greek contributions to the publication, along with contributors' profiles and Greek translation of the abstracts of all articles of the publication.
20. Organisation of the final national multiplier event to present the project results (25-26 May 2018).
21. Collection of the signed teachers' participants list concerning the national multiplier event.
22. Collection of teachers' questionnaires concerning the evaluation of the project.
23. Reached the expected number of 6 exploitation links.
24. Signed 7 memorandums of cooperation with 7 Associated partners:
