IO1 - Collection of Case Studies and Best Practices
Objectives of activities carried out:
This phase is devoted to the scientific analysis of the state of the art in non-discrimination and intercultural competences in secondary schools. The aim is to assess the perception on discrimination and migration related issues of the target groups (students, teachers, headmasters, administrative personnel, parents).
Description of activities carried out:
IO1.1
INFOREF kindly sent their version of the questionnaires translated into French, which RenaSup is using.

IO1.2
Communication with schools by email and telephone to present them with the objectives of the project.
Sending of the forms allowing them to participate in the project.
Involvement of 4 French schools.
So far, Renasup has collected 153 answers to the students' questionnaires and 6 answers to the teachers' questionnaires, and sent this data to Siena University.

IO1.3
Communication with teachers involved to discuss case studies.
2 case studies on intercultural issues, integration, non-discrimination values and human rights at school have been uploaded on the project portal and 2 are still being written.
Results Achieved:
Availability of French questionnaires.
Involvement of 5 French schools.
Collection of 510 students' answers to the questionnaires.
Collection of 160 teachers' questionnaires.
11 case studies identified and 2 best practices uploaded.
